Sound School students are encouraged to participate in the annual New Haven Public Schools High School Book Bowl. Students are asked to read as many of the 10 pre-selected titles and become experts on the books. Students form teams of five and take a test answering questions based on the ten books. The winning team will represent The Sound School in the District High School finals. They will compete against the seven high schools.
